5. Refund Policy

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of the academy.
  • No refund will be provided for:

    • Technical issues on the student’s side

Students agree:

  • Not to share course content on social media, YouTube, Telegram, or any platform.
  • Not to allow others to use their account.

Violation may lead to:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Legal action if necessary

7. Intellectual Property

  • Videos
  • Images
  • Notes
  • PDFs
  • Tests
  • Website materials

are the intellectual property of Elite Focus International Academy and are protected under copyright laws.

8. Live Classes and Scheduling

  • Live class schedules may change due to academic or technical reasons.
  • Recorded sessions will be provided where applicable.
  • The academy is not responsible for missed classes due to student absence or internet issues.

9. One-to-One Sessions

  • Available only for eligible plans.
  • Students must book sessions in advance.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled.

10. Technical Requirements

Students must ensure:

  • Stable internet connection
  • Compatible device (mobile/tablet/laptop)
  • Updated browser or app

The academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s device or network.

11. Limitation of Liability

Elite Focus International Academy is not responsible for:

  • Examination results
  • Career outcomes
  • Personal academic performance

Success depends on the student’s effort and practice.

12. Privacy

Student data will be used only for academic and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

13. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain respectful behavior during:

Any misconduct may lead to removal from the course without refund.
